Tangerine Cookies sells and ships products only in the United States. Anything shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional expense.
We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter on your order form. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to supply the correct address for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO boxes. We must have a physical address before shipping. All shipments are sent on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, depending on the destination. Please see our shipping policy to see additional information.
Orders must be placed by midnight the previous night in order to guarantee it is shipped the following day. For instance, if an order is to be shipped on Tuesday, it must be placed by midnight on Monday night. If an order is placed on Tuesday, it will be shipped the following Monday unless it is being sent somewhere that the delivery is guaranteed by Friday.
From the day your order ships, we guarantee delivery within 3 business days. This is why we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some Wednesdays, depending on the destination.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order and to communicate with you. We will use your information to let you know about new products and options unless you unsubscribe from our list. We will never give your information (name, email address, credit card information, etc.) to anyone. If you’re ordering a gift to be sent to someone else, we will not use their information except for the purpose of fulfilling that order.
Prices are listed on our website and we will always honor the price that you commit to pay online.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) as well as PayPal. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order online.
Because we are selling food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We make sure to satisfy our customers with the best service possible.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Tangerine Cookies ships all products using Federal Express because of their superior service in on-time delivery and handling of perishable products. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday to physical locations. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO ADDRESSES. We do not ship internationally. If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, an extra shipping charge will be incurred.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays, depending on the destination. Because our cookies do not contain any preservatives, we like them to arrive before the weekend so they are not held in a storage facility, losing their freshness over the weekend.
FedEx services are not available on the following days, and therefore we work our shipments around them so they are not sitting in a storage facility on these holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
We do ship to multiple addresses! We have a user-friendly Multiple Shipping function available to you if you desire to ship to several different people in a single transaction. If you prefer to work with a spreadsheet so you can input your addresses, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a spreadsheet to you and help you cover every detail.
FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not adequately secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. If after the third time the recipient is not available, a notice will be left for them to pick up the package at the FedEx location. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the package will be destroyed. At this point, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to re-order the package at their own expense if they so choose to re-send the gift.
